Grande Cuvee combines Silvaner Vert and Graševina in a special way – by creating a perfect balance between the two most significant white grape varieties grown in the Orahovica wine region. The blend owes its pleasant body and crispness to the elegant Silvaner, while Graševina adds freshness and floral notes. Aging in wooden barrels (500 L) for one year gives the cuvee a spicy grand finale, which makes it special and irresistible. The specific light taste that has a long finish will go perfectly with white fish, well-seasoned risotto, short-ages cheese, and you will not go wrong by serving it with turkey with mlinci (thin dried flatbread).
